We only get support from nature in the production of our salt. We take our water coming out of the earth into our hygienic pools and wait for it to crystallize with the sun's rays. We collect our crystallized salts, dry them in the sun and pack them. As a result, we are ambassadors to bring this miraculous salt of nature to your tables.
PURE AND MINERAL RICH
The thermal water coming out of the fault rupture comes up 1.3 km and rises to the surface. This water gets its salinity from 1 km of salt rocks. At 300 meters, it takes salt minerals from the richest soils of Anatolia and becomes rich in minerals. The salinity rate of this spring water is 28.4%.
We do not apply any washing or bleaching to our salts, which crystallize in the sun, as they preserve their naturalness and purity. We also stay away from additives that are used to prevent clumping and are very harmful to our body. Due to its structure, there is no agglomeration in our fine salt.
HEAVY METAL AND MICROPLASTIC
Other types of salt are affected by environmental factors and marine pollution and are polluted by exposure to industrial wastes nearby.
