POCKET EGG WITH AVOCADO
Avocado 1 pc
2 slices of feta cheese
Walnut 1 Palm
Mayi Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon 1/2 pc
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
2 slices of sourdough bread
Olive oil 2 tablespoons

HOW TO COOK?
Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the seed with the help of a knife and take the inside of it into a bowl with a spoon. Add olive oil, Mayi Salt, black pepper, lemon juice, cheese and the walnut you cracked with your hand to the avocado. Mix it all together with a fork and mash it. Toast the sourdough breads and spread the puree you have prepared on the breads. Put the water in the pot and boil it. Turn down the water when it boils, add the apple cider vinegar and create a swirl in the water with the help of a spoon. Crack the egg into the formed vortex. You can break other eggs in the same water by creating a swirl in the same way. After about 2-3 minutes, take the egg with a spoon. Put the poached egg you prepared on the avocado breads. Drizzle olive oil and Mayi Leaf Salt on it. You can decorate your avocado poached eggs with your favorite flavors.
