Eggs 3 pieces
1/2 cup of melted butter (olive oil or coconut oil can also be used.)
Almond flour 1 cup
Oatmeal 1 cup
Baking powder 1 pack
Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
Mayi leaf salt 1 teaspoon
For the above:
1 piece of banana
May leaf salt
Cocoa bean or piece of chocolate
TIPS:
Knife control is important to understand that the cake is cooked, insert it into the cake and if it comes out clean, it is done.
You can add Mayi leaf salt to the inside and top of the cake to balance the sweetness of the banana.
Melt the butter and set aside to cool.
Peel the skins of the bananas, put them in a large bowl and mash them with a fork.
Crack the eggs on top and mix with a whisk.
When the butter has cooled, add it to the eggs and mix.
Combine all remaining dry ingredients in another bowl and gradually add to the egg mixture.
Stir just until the ingredients are mixed and pour into the baking dish.
You can apply oil or use greaseproof paper so that it does not stick to the baking dish .
For the topping, cut the banana in half and gently drop it in the middle of the bowl so that the insides are visible.
Add some Mayi leaves of salt and some cocoa beans.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-45 minutes .
The cooking time may vary depending on the width of the bowl and your oven, always check by inserting a knife.
If it comes out clean, it's cooked.
Enjoy your meal!
